TODO: More details: 1 or 3 cell templates: There can be one or three row templates defined. If only one is defined, it is used for all rows. If there are three defined, the behavior is as follows: If there is one output row the top cell template is used. If there are two output rows, the first and third cell templates are used. If there are three or more output rows, the first row template is used for the first row, the last row template for the last row and the second row template is used for all output rows inbetween. Zebra striped tables are not supported.
