Behavior
Column groups are produced by copying the template cells including their formatting and adding them to the produced table.
support for column group headers, cells will be merged
the importance and level can be specified in the format: group? importance (primary|secondary|number) level (primary|secondary|number). By using a number more importances than the default two (0 and 1) can be specified.
Row header name is on column level, not column group level, see xxx
